Our family-friendly 2 bed 2 bath condo sleeps up to 8 adults and is equipped with comfortable beds, infant crib, plenty of bath towels and pool towels, complimentary toiletries, kitchen essentials, Nespresso coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods, wine glasses, kid friendly dishes, board games, pool toys, inflatable stand up paddle board, camping chairs and small pop-up tent. Terra and Coral Springs resort provide resort style amenities including a pool with slide, water volleyball/basketball, large hot tub, zero entry splash zone, lazy river, indoor/outdoor pool, fire pits, community BBQ, fully equipped gym and multiple sport courts. The activity list is endless and open year-round! RV/Boat parking available at the property on first come first serve basis.

Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests. No covered parking available. RV/Boat parking available. Parking is first come first serve, no assigned spots.
Unfortunately our condo is not wheelchair accessible. We are located on the 3rd (top) floor and there is no elevator access.
Parties and events are not allowed at this time.
No pets or smoking/vaping of any kind allowed.
We require a minimum of 2 nights stay and a maximum of 30 day stays. Longer stays available upon request and approval of owners.
